【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportprovidesguidanceonworkprocessanalysisfromtheperspectiveofthecreation,captureandcontrolofrecords.Itidentifiestwotypesofanalyses,namelya)functionalanalysis(decompositionoffunctionsintoprocesses),andb)sequentialanalysis(investigationoftheflowoftransactions).Eachanalysisentailsapreliminaryreviewofcontext(i.e.mandateandregulatoryenvironment)appropriatefortheanalysis.Thecomponentsoftheanalysiscanbeundertakeninvariouscombinationsandinadifferentorderfromthatdescribedhere,dependingonthenatureofthetask,thescaleoftheproject,andthepurposeoftheanalysis.Guidanceprovidedintheformoflistsofquestions/matterstobeconsideredundereachelementoftheanalysisisalsoincluded.ThisTechnicalReportdescribesapracticalapplicationofthetheoryoutlinedinISO15489.Assuch,itisindependentoftechnology(i.e.canbeappliedregardlessofthetechnologicalenvironment),althoughitcanbeusedtoassesstheadequacyoftechnicaltoolsthatsupportanorganization'sworkprocesses.ThisTechnicalReportfocusesonexistingworkprocessesratherthanonfacilitating"workflow"(i.e.theautomationofabusinessprocessinwholeorpart,duringwhichdocuments,informationortasksarepassedfromoneparticipanttoanotherforaction,accordingtoasetofproceduralrulesasoutlinedinReference[1]oftheBibliography).
