【摘要】:BTH-1providesminimumstructuralandmechanicaldesignandelectricalcomponentselectioncriteriaforASMEB30.20below-the-hookliftingdevices.TheprovisionsinthisStandardapplytothedesignormodificationofbelow-the-hookliftingdevices.CompliancewithrequirementsandcriteriathatmaybeuniquetospecializedindustriesandenvironmentsisoutsideofthescopeofthisStandard.LiftingdevicesdesignedtothisStandardshallcomplywithASMEB30.20,Below-the-HookLiftingDevices.ASMEB30.20includesprovisionsthatapplytothemarking,construction,installation,inspection,testing,maintenance,andoperationofbelow-the-hookliftingdevices.ASMEBTH-1addressesonlydesignrequirements.Assuch,thisStandardshouldbeusedinconjunctionwithASMEB30.20,whichaddressessafetyrequirements.ASMEBTH-1doesnotreplaceASMEB30.20.Thedesigncriteriasetforthareminimumrequirementsthatmaybeincreasedatthediscretionoftheliftingdevicemanufactureroraqualifiedperson.
