【摘要】:Definitionofaframeworkforthedevelopmentandoperationofflexible,securecitizenserviceICTschemesusingsmartcardsissuedtoindividualpersons,wherethecoreofaschemeislocalserviceprovision,andtheschemesincorporate;multi-applicationsmartcards;multiplecardissuersandon-cardapplicationissuers;functionscompliantwithregionalandnationalspecifications,and;provisionforinteroperabilitywithotherschemes.Introductionofappropriatetechnicalmethodstobeusedto;implement,secureandoperatethetypesofschemedescribedinMMUSSTPart1(aSmartCardCommunity,associatedwithalocaleServiceCommunityplusaccesstoothereServices),deployingandsupportingmulti-applicationsmartcards;provideinteroperabilitywithotherschemes;and;deliverInformationAssurancetocardholders.Wherepossible,referenceismadetootherdocumentsthataredefinitivesourcesoftechnicalinformation.
